My name is Arun Govada and I am a full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and New Jersey with eXp Realty. I focus on residential sales (condos, co-ops and single family homes), commercial leases and multi-family investment properties. A little bit about me: I was born in the US to Indian parents, grew up in Hong Kong and, after living in Hoboken for a few years, am now based in New York City! After graduating from Hong Kong International School, I attended Boston University, where I earned my Bachelor's in Business Administration concentrating in Operations and Technology Management and recently earned a Master's in Real Estate Development from New York University, in which my Graduate Thesis entitled, "The Art of Real Estate:  A Framework for Identifying High Value Real Estate Assets for Live Entertainment in NYC" was awarded Graduate Excellence in Academic Achievement. I also completed a Certificate in Professional Coaching at NYU's School of Professional Studies.

I consider myself a true global citizen, having lived and worked in some of the world's greatest cities: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hyderabad, San Francisco, Boston and now New York. I speak English and Mandarin, and am conversational in Telugu and Cantonese and I'm passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and truly enjoy going above and beyond for each and every one of them.
